Where You’ll Make a Difference Assist in project planning by creating work breakdown structures, timelines, and dependency maps using standard tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Project, Smartsheet). Maintain project trackers and RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies) with timely updates and follow‑up on open items. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure decisions and tasks are documented and completed. Organize and manage project documentation in SharePoint/Teams, ensuring version control and compliance with naming standards. Collect and analyze project data to build status reports and dashboards for milestone and KPI tracking. Conduct research and benchmarking on project management best practices; summarize findings and recommend improvements. Support vendor and procurement activities, including RFQs, PO tracking, and invoice reconciliation, while monitoring budget alignment. Ensure compliance with company policies on data privacy, EHS, and information security; escalate risks or incidents promptly. What Makes You the Right Fit Good command of English both verbal and written. Major in Marketing & International Trade Have a bachelor or master degree. Able to work at least 6 months and 2 days a week. How Would You Stand Out? Good communication skills, Flavor & Fragrance working experience would be an advantage.
