Job Summary Supports our intern, trainee and apprentice hiring across France At IFF, the heart of our company is fueled by a sense of discovery, constantly asking “what if?” That passion for exploration drives us to co-create unique scents and tastes in fine fragrances and beauty, detergents and household goods, as well as beloved foods and beverages. We are looking for a   Talent Acquisition Trainee   (6   months   internship or 12 months apprenticeship ) to   support our   intern/trainee/apprentice recruiting and administrative process in Workday (WD)   across all locations in France. This role essential to our talent strategy.   You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team. The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine .    What You’ll Do   Post job   offers   on internal and external platforms   following IFF’s global job posting template .   Screen applications and schedule interviews.   Manage administrative tasks in   Workday   Ensure compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.   Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for a smooth recruitment experience.   Prepare reports and dashboards related to early careers recruitment.   Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting students and young professionals.     What We’re Looking For   Currently completing a   master’s degree in human resources   (M1 or M2)   or related field.   Preference for previous experience in Talent Acquisition   (internship or apprenticeship).   Strong organizational and communication skills.   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.   Familiarity with recruitment tools or HRIS (Workday experience is a plus).   Proficiency in   French and English .     What We Offer   Hands-on experience in   Talent Acquisition   within a global organization.   Exposure to   early careers recruitment strategy   and HR systems.   A collaborative and supportive team environment We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
