Your potential is our inspiration.   Associated Scientist We are now seeking a motivated and result driven talent to join our Manufacturing Technologies team as Associate Scientist. focusing on optimizing existing processes and supporting production. This position involves hands-on work in a wet chemistry environment, close collaboration with manufacturing teams, and execution of experiments and tests throughout the process. The role requires to follow procedures, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with separation processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct experiments and process tests Optimize existing processes and support scale-up activities Work closely with production teams Prepare documentation of analysis and maintain records in appropriate databases Present results, interpretations, and next steps Ensure compliance with all procedures and safety guidelines Requirements: Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology Engineering, or Chemical Engineering Significant advantage: laboratory research experience Advantage: experience in process development Ability to work with multiple interfaces and meet deadlines Strong self-learning skills and ability to analyze scientific literature Initiative, creativity, and flexibility Communication skills Fluent level in English   We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
