Job Summary Job Summary IFF is a global leader in providing solutions for the dairy industry, is seeking a dairy technologist. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and foster both professional and personal growth. The primary objective is to produce product samples in our pilot plant, that showcase the impact of our product portfolio and process parameters to our customers, as well as support the development of new solutions. The ideal candidate is a professional with a background as a dairy or food technologist or similar field. The ideal candidate brings valuable experience from the dairy or food industry. The candidate will join our dairy application group and be a member of a dedicated team in the Istanbul Dairy pilot plant. Where You’ll Make a Difference Produce high‑quality product samples in close collaboration with application specialists. Perform daily equipment maintenance while ensuring full compliance with GMP standards. Conduct product evaluations and analyses, delivering clear reports together with the application team. Support application specialists by applying solid process and technical knowledge. Contribute to a safe, efficient, and well‑organized pilot plant environment. Continuously strengthen the technical capabilities of the team through new skills and competencies. Work within a dynamic pilot plant covering a broad range of dairy applications—from drinks and creams to fermented products—using stabilizers, emulsifiers, hydrocolloids, flavors, plant proteins, cultures, and enzymes. What Makes You the Right Fit You bring an educational background in food or dairy technology, engineering, mechanical fields, or a related qualification. You have practical experience from the food industry or are eager to apply your theoretical knowledge in a hands-on environment. You are confident operating and maintaining processing and analytical equipment. You enjoy teamwork and communicate effectively across functions. You work accurately, manage data well, and maintain structured documentation. You are comfortable using MS Office tools for reporting and analysis. You have a positive attitude coupled with a curious and creative mindset. You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
