Poste : Coordinateur/trice Formation – Gestion des Sessions de Formation Emplacement : Colombes, Paris Type de position : Temps plein Mission principale Vous êtes chargé(e) d’assurer la planification, la gestion administrative et logistique, ainsi que le suivi complet des sessions de formation. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et utilisez les outils dédiés (Salesforce, LMS, etc.) pour garantir le bon déroulement des activités. Responsabilités principales Sous la supervision du manager, vos missions seront les suivantes : 1. Planification et gestion du calendrier de formationPlanifier et organiser les sessions de formation. Établir et mettre à jour le calendrier annuel. Ajouter de nouvelles sessions en fonction des besoins internes et des demandes commerciales. 2. Gestion administrative des formations Générer et analyser des rapports depuis Salesforce aux différentes étapes du processus commercial. Vérifier et actualiser les données des participants. 3. Gestion des sessions via le LMS Inscrire les apprenants aux sessions. Ajouter ou mettre à jour la documentation de formation. Ajuster les sessions si nécessaire (modification, reports, mise à jour des informations…). 4. Préparation des documents de formation Préparer et transmettre les documents nécessaires avant les sessions. Organiser et centraliser les documents post-formation. 5. Suivi post-formation Gérer et archiver les feuilles de présence. Transmettre les informations requises au service facturation. Envoyer les documents post-formation aux participants. Compétences requises Excellente rigueur administrative et sens de l’organisation. Maîtrise des outils CRM et LMS. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Outlook ; Power BI est un plus). Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite. Anglais : un plus apprécié. Spécificités du poste Collaboration régulière avec les équipes Formation, Ventes et Facturation. Poste nécessitant autonomie, proactivité et sens du service.
