ABOUT YOUR ROLE: To take responsibilities in all the Supply Planning exercise in Supply Chain Operations organization to support APAC business for assigned Brand & Category. Supply Planning function has key responsibilities and ownership to ensure desired products in business can be fully fulfilled and delivered on time. You will also facilitate and support with partnership from Sourcing for any quality and order-related issues. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Include but not limited to - To ensure APAC on-time delivery performance aligned with target and regular communication with business team to feedback the status and actions, besides any on-time delivery coordination with sourcing and logistic team - To partner with demand team to implement seasonal buy, ensure expected launch date can be met by liaising with sourcing team on agility of capacity management and lead time reduction - To support inbound related supply management like quality issue follow-ups and labelling management from different requirements of regions - To manage timeline of each season on supply planning part and drive communication with cooperated teams to fulfill supply-demand match target - Strong excel user to analyze performance and simply internal communication WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: - You are curious to view problems as opportunities and having ability to drive solutions under complex circumstance - You are aspiring to bring new idea to the state quo and make it come true, by influencing people - You are courageous and be able to identify risks while working out options to tackle the challenges - You persevere to drive executions by aligning communications, accountabilities, capabilities, process and measure across the organization to achieve results - Language Proficiency: Excellent English and Mandarin R-20251023-0008
