Location: São Paulo Hybrid: Twice a week in the office (Alameda Santos 1940) PLEASE apply with a resume in English Responsibilities - You will do: You will be supporting our customers under AVEVA Edge applications, leveraging our unique and comprehensive knowledge of AVEVA Edge. You'll be involved in the support, deployment and maintenance of key client projects. You'll collaborate with Distributors, System Integrators, Certified System Integrators and OEMs for additional support services needed in order to provide their clients with a complete and sophisticated HMI/SCADA solution. You will also assist clients from all over the world with their HMI/SCADA advanced technical applications through phone calls, e-mails, and remote computer connections. Additionally, you will develop and customize new product templates. Skills & Qualifications - You will have: Bachelor's degree in engineering Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase or MySQL. English language proficiency (Advanced) A PLUS: Spanish language proficiency Knowledge of HMI/SCADA software, such as AVEVA Edge, InduSoft Web Studio, Wonderware, Intouch, System Platform, OMI, FactoryTalk (OR similar software) Familiarity with Industrial automation components such as Programmable Logic controllers (PLCs) from manufacturers such as Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Eaton, and Beckhoff. Knowledge of VBScript structured programming language (or similar languages including C, C++, C#, VB, or similar). ​Experience with web-based technologies, such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, ActiveX or JavaScript.
