Als Assistent-Winkelmanager ondersteun je de Store Manager bij het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de winkel. Je: Motiveert en coacht het verkoopteam om verkoopdoelen te behalen Zorgt voor een optimale winkelpresentatie volgens visual merchandising richtlijnen Analyseert KPI’s en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van de winkelresultaten Implementeert en optimaliseert winkelprocessen Neemt de leiding bij afwezigheid van de Store Manager Draagt bij aan een positieve en inclusieve werksfeer Wat vragen wij van jou? Ervaring in retail en het begeleiden van een team Hands-on mentaliteit en klantgerichte instelling Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels Kennis van MS Office en POS-systemen Flexibiliteit om te werken in het weekend, 's avonds en op feestdagen Passie voor coaching en teamontwikkeling Wat bieden wij jou?
