You will   assist   customers as needed, delivering a best-in-class consumer experience and contributing to an inclusive environment where you are free to be you. You will ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines and brand standards on the   salesfloor   and in the stockroom areas.      How you will do it:    By using   strong communication   skills, you will work collaboratively with your team to achieve store   objectives   and sales results. You will adhere to policies and procedures, standards and   practices   and company directives. You will protect company assets and   comply with   safety, security,   and shrink   avoidance policies and programs.
