Join our team as a Per Diem Supervisor – Radiology and play a key role in ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Find out how you can Make It Possible: What You’ll Do Supervise the Diagnostic Radiology Department and oversee technical and non-technical staff. Organize staff and equipment to deliver accurate imaging results, including radiographs, scans, and special procedures. Manage scheduling, patient flow, and room assignments. Monitor equipment performance and maintain inventory control. Provide guidance on complex technical issues and assist with staff training. Prepare reports, collect productivity data, and communicate with radiologists to ensure optimal patient care. Participate in hiring, training, evaluations, and other supervisory responsibilities. This position is a per-diem role with varying hours. Schedule will be made on a monthly basis based on the needs of the department and employee availability. Required Criteria: Graduate of an accredited school for Radiography Services New York State Radiological Technologist license 5 years of progressive experience Preferred Criteria: Previous supervisory experience Registry in more than one modality Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
