Angioplasty Specialist - Cardiac Cath Laboratory – Per Diem The Angioplasty Specialist functions as an integral part of the Interventional Cardiology Team. In this role, you will assist the Cardiac Catheterization Physicians in all phases of pre-procedure, diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures, as well as post-procedure management.  They practice as a professional within standards established by the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) and all applicable policies and procedures. After your orientation is completed, you will be responsible for on-call shifts. This is a per diem position with on-call shifts required at the NYP Hudson Valley Hospital located at 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, Upper Westchester, NY 10567. Preferred Criteria Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Critical Care experience   Required Criteria  Appropriate education at the discretion of the Medical Director of Interventional Cardiology Demonstrates excellent clinical judgment and ability to apply new concepts and skills in invasive cardiology Demonstrates responsibility for own professional development.
