Payroll Operation: Prepare payroll input for submission to Payroll Vendor for monthly processing. Review and reconcile payroll output files to ensure accuracy of payments and reports, in alignment with company policies & procedures and in compliance with local statutory and tax regulations. Collaborate with the Payroll Accounting team to ensure accurate posting of payroll entries for financial closing. Ensure Full & Final Settlement is completed and statement released to Leavers. Support Quarterly / Annual Statutory filing and Year-end payroll activities including reviewing employees’ Form 16. Handle employee’s query and coordinate with Payroll Vendor on Provident Fund matters, including account creation, transfers, withdrawals. Address employee’s query on TDS deduction. Support Shop & Establishment Renewal. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR operation, C&B, Global mobility etc to manage payroll operations, escalations, and query resolution. Multi-task various aspects of the position while being able to prioritize daily workload to achieve payroll team goals as well as provide quality internal and external customer service. Prepare and handle annual internal and external payroll audits. Manage external vendors to ensure adherence to agreed service levels Perform other duties as assigned. Stock Administration and Reporting: Collaborate with Global stock admin team to report on employees’ equity grant and vesting activities as per country’s requirements. Manage and support payroll or employee equity related audit requests. Perform other duties as assigned.
