Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a OneStream Analyst to join our Finance Performance Management team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling and sustaining the enterprise planning and analytics environment, supporting budgeting and rolling forecast processes, as well as perform other business partnering and support activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance and/or Information Systems, with hands-on OneStream development expertise to support global financial planning, consolidation, and reporting needs. The individual should have experience implementing or enhancing OneStream applications, including developing business rules, dashboards, workflows, and system integrations. Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain OneStream applications to support Finance business partners across planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Design and implement financial models, workflows, dashboards, and cube views aligned with enterprise performance management requirements. Build, optimize, and maintain Business Rules (Finance Rules, Extensibility Rules, Connector Rules) using VB.NET and XML to drive automation and business logic. Create and manage OneStream metadata using the Metadata Builder, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability. Develop SQL-based data integrations to extract and load data between OneStream and external systems. Configure and maintain Workflows to manage data submissions, approvals, and validation processes efficiently. Design and deliver Dashboards and Cube Views that provide actionable insights to Finance and business leaders. Support ongoing system enhancements, performance optimization, and issue resolution . Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities . Develop and maintain best practices for OneStream development, model governance, and user training . Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to understand their reporting needs and deliver innovative solutions . Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing OneStream applications. Proficiency in VB.NET, SQL, and XML for OneStream solution development. Experience with Business Rules (Finance Rules, Extensibility Rules, Connector Rules) . Strong knowledge of OneStream Metadata Builder, Workflows, Dashboards, and Cube Views . Experience writing modular, reusable, and efficient programs within OneStream. Ability to export and integrate data between OneStream and external systems . Experience with budgeting and forecasting system implementations using structured project methodologies and tools that support requirements, design, development, validation, deployment, and training. Database skills , SQL skills, Snowflake skills and/or strong Excel modeling skills. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset . Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills . Business knowledge of finance and accounting functions is a plus. Education: 6+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Applied Data Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field required; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
