Responsibilities: Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner. Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection. Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries) Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters. All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities. Requirements: Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents. Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics. Details oriented team player Demonstrate time management skills.  Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates. Ability to perform with minimum supervision. Faster learner and ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.
