We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Sydney Brand Centre. The Floor Operations Third-In-Charge (3IC) of Sydney Brand Centre supports the store leadership team in the achievement of the store’s net sales and optimal consumer experience within an adidas Halo store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment. A Halo store is the pinnacle of the adidas Retail experience for adidas consumers as it relates to sales & customer service, operations, people, training & product knowledge, visual merchandising & activation. What’s on offer? •    A competitive salary •    Retail bonus scheme •    Generous employee discounts on adidas product •    Career development with an iconic global sports brand Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in: Leads, coaches and directs Halo store floor team to achieve sales, membership and shrinkage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets. Demonstrates accountability for store performance by maximizing the allocation of resources and executes processes to drive profitability. Supports the Assistant Store Manager – Floor Operations by driving a selling and service culture through sales execution strategies, product knowledge & training, and by ensuring consumers come first. Supports a performance culture by achieving personal expectations and targets, analysing store performance, and holding store team accountable by giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance. Coaches, motivates, and inspires Halo store floor team to set and accomplish store goals and maximize their individual performance. Actively collaborates and shares best practice with peers to support and drive retail performance across the Halo store.
