Key Responsibilities: Manage the retail training workstream within company-wide key projects, ensuring timely and high-quality follow-up. Take the lead of planning quarterly pre-season kick-off and drive continuous improvement Develop and maintain standardized on-boarding learning package including part-time staff Define ROIP store visiting process and checklist to ensure consistent field execution Standardize store opening/remodeling training process and full set of training package Collaborate with ROE and MW FRO team to facilitate Mystery Shopper Program landing Work closely with GTM team in terms of SMM/TM participation and material sharing Work closely with Consumer Experience team in terms of ISC toolkits and VM training materials KPI Timely delivery of all retail training related follow-up actions from company-wide key projects, with high quality Satisfaction rate of quarterly pre-season kick-off sessions Standardized learning package for onboarding and store opening Standardized ROIP way of working and checklist 360-degree feedback from cross-functional key stakeholders Qualification: At least 5 years of project management experience in cross-functional environments Process management mindset and experience are mandatory At least 3 years of experience in training & development, learning or related fields Retail - related working experience is a plus Competencies / Attributes Excellent organizational/project management skills Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Quick Learner Team player Able to multi-task and work under pressure Educational Background University degree or above PC/Language/Other Skills Proficient in English for business communication. Ability to develop clear and engagin g PowerPoint decks for training and business communication.
