Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organi z ation: According to pre-wave planning, fully consider delivery schedule, operation workload, Manpower/MHE/IT e tc. all relative factors to create &release or end pick wave/pack wave, to make ensure utilize unit sorter capacity to meet or exceed delivery performance target. Lead team to achieve efficiency/cost KPI target. Training team staff to follow company safety policy to create a safety environment. Key Responsibilities: Work together with supervisor of pre-wave closely to work out pre-wave, according to pre-wave, consolidate delivery schedule and other priority criteria (man power available, equipment…) to work out wave release planning, fully communicate with OB internal team, on site to lead and monitor when to release wave and when to end wave, to ensure fully use unit sorter capacity and meet delivery schedule. Management the whole OB team on site to execute wave progress, coordinate IB equipment team and OB team to balance efficiency and work load among equipment, pick and pack , unit sorter and shipping team ensure fully match the final delivery schedule. Support DC manager to create more workable and practical team KPI target and lead the team to be excellent Develops, coordinates, and maintains a system for identification, evaluation of team and employee productivity rates utilizing MA systems tools and reports. Well understand the logic of WMS/WCS, which support daily operation. Familiar with distribution center process, always struggle for continuous improvement team operation efficiency and saving cost. Well management wave releasing and monitor team, good communication with internal and external team. Develop people, build an efficiency and high quality and cost saving team Lead and manage team staff to learn and execute company policy special the HES policy to build up a safety environment for everyone. Key Relationships: DC planning Inbound Outbound Inventory control Return receiving Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Reading and Writing of English capability. Familiar with WMS system is preferred Good communication skill Stable personality, Customer-driven orientation, Teamwork Competency with Excel, Word, PPT, Access and MS Project are required. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree and above 3 years warehouse background is needed, auto or semi-auto distribution center experience is preferred. 2 years related experience on shift leader or above position.
