Key Responsibilities: Support Senior Manager, responsible for all new concept stores opening plan cross both own retail and franchise stores Create Category Zoning Plan Calculate store SKU Capacity Create VM Demo with ISC plan Provide detail VM tools New store opening set up support Make store opening report Support Showroom Layout Plan preparation and set up Support VM projects and initiatives Create strong relationship with key stakeholders (VM Planning Team, Regional VM Implementation Team, Retail Operations Team, Buying and Allocation Team, Store Development Team, Retail Marketing Team) Create VM training materials and conduct seasonal VM training seminars to store VM/OVM Drive VM/OVM workshop KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Internal : Visual Excellence & Training Retail Marketing & Activation Retail Operations Retail Design Store Development Sales External : Vendors Customers KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Able to develop store opening plan independently Has strong organized, logic, strategic thinking Good communication skill Good interpersonal communication skill REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 8 years’ visual merchandising experience in retail environment with sports brands or fashion retail brand College degree or above Fluent in English and Mandarin
