You know the HR world and have a track record of leading HR transformation initiatives, think re-orgs, large-scale hiring, or operating model changes. Analytical & Data-Driven: You leverage data and analytics to make smart, informed decisions, even when the facts are fuzzy. Stakeholder Management Excellence: You build and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams. You’re known for your positive energy and your ability to bring people together to achieve great things.
