We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional - 3IC/Visual Merchandiser to join our Factory Outlet in Mandurah, WA. This part-time role requires fixed contracted days/hours covering selected weekdays and at least 1 weekend day per week. Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Working well both autonomously but with a high level of team engagement, ensuring full sales floor productivity. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment. Regularly update the store's product mix, ensuring a premium consumer journey with high commercial impact. Analyse and share store's commercial/sell through data and use this information to guide decision making for efficient operational, stockroom and visual merchandising procedures. Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational/seasonal brand and product knowledge and VM principles.
