Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the GBS Center according to the requirements of GBS policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility (Accounts receivable/Retail /eCom ) Self-directed worker for a specific service area Supports organizational effectiveness through the identification and communication of process improvement opportunities Key Responsibilities : Perform accounting tasks in AR Wholesale /Retail/eCom for  markets Perform tasks in AR scope, e.g. cash application, master data creation and maintenance, daily billing check Per form sales vs. collection reconciliation for simple customers , landlords and online stores Perform reports preparation, e.g. aging report Perform recurring journal at closing Support simple audit tasks standard processes Create and maintain desktop procedures (SME only) Handling of simple internal and external customer queries Train new employees (e.g. cash application) Handling of tickets Raise smart work ideas Key Relationships: Team colleagues Superior Colleagues connected via the process area in other parts of GBS Business Partner key contacts (only some areas e.g. GL) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Good communication skills Customer service mindset Very good English level Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree or equivalent education required Minimum of 1 year work experience in Finance
