Du verantwortest den vollständigen 360°-Recruitingprozess und stellst dabei eine herausragende Candidate- und Employee-Experience sicher. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern, HR-Kolleg*innen, unseren globalen Centers of Expertise sowie Partnern innerhalb unseres europäischen Distributionsnetzwerks gewinnst Du nicht nur Top-Talente, sondern sorgst auch für ein reibungsloses Onboarding und begleitest deren weitere Entwicklung im Unternehmen. Hauptaufgaben Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruitingprozess – von Stellenfreigabe und Briefing der Hiring Manager über Ausschreibungen, Sourcing, Screening und Interviewstrategien bis hin zum Angebotsmanagement. Du arbeitest eng mit externen Personaldienstleistern zusammen und stellst Qualität, Effizienz sowie eine starke, vertrauensvolle Partnerschaft sicher. Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: As the Assistant Manager HR- Talent Attraction & Development , you will play a key role in shaping the workforce at our Franconian Distribution Center in Scheinfeld, Uffenheim and Langensteinach — from operators to director-level roles. You will own the full 360° recruitment cycle and ensure an outstanding candidate and employee experience. Working closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, our global Centers of Expertise, and partners across our European DC network, you will not only attract top talent but also ensure smooth onboarding and support their continued development within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full recruitment cycle: from requisition approval and hiring manager briefings to job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing strategies, and offer management. Work together with our external personnel service providers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong partnerships. Manage an engaging onboarding experience for all employee levels, together with European HR and business stakeholders. Support employee development through planning and coordinating engagement initiatives, learning activities, and training events across our local sites. Strengthen our internal and external talent pipeline, including fostering internal rotations within our European distribution center network. Create, track, and report KPIs, using dashboards to measure progress and identify improvement opportunities.
