We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join our Originals Concept Store in Chadstone, VIC. This part-time role requires fixed contracted days/hours covering selected weekdays and at least 1 weekend day per week. Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
