WHAT YOU’LL DO Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations  ensuring world-class service, efficiency, and brand excellence. Motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve goals and bring our culture to life. Drive sales and KPIs through authentic storytelling, community connection, and teamwork. Ensure a premium customer journey from visual merchandising to service excellence. Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment. Contribute ideas and energy as part of our new store leadership team . WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 18+ months of retail leadership experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sports. Confidence in leading people, driving results, and delivering standout customer experiences. Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and team development. Curious mindset  open to learning, growing, and evolving. Passion for sport, sustainability, and the adidas brand. Fluent in Dutch and English.
