GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI Türkiye Genel Müdürü için tüm transferlerin araç ile güvenli, konforlu ve zamanında yapılmasını sağlamak. Türkiye Genel Müdürü’nün günlük akışını verilen görevler doğrultusunda desteklemek. Temel Sorumluluklar: Genel Müdür’ün tüm transfer ihtiyaçlarını planlamak ve gerçekleştirmek Genel Müdür’ün programını, asistanı ile koordineli şekilde takip etmek, yapılan işleri asistanına zamanında raporlamak Kullanılan aracın temizlik, bakım, yakıt ve sigorta süreçlerinden sorumlu olmak Araç kullanımı sırasında trafik ve iş sağlığı güvenliği kurallarına tam uyum sağlamak Gerektiğinde resmi ve idari kurumlarda firma adına belge ve işlemleri takip etmek Gerekli Eğitim ve Deneyim: B sınıfı sürücü belgesine sahip olmak Tercihen makam şoförlüğü eğitimi almış olmak Sigara kullanmamak Anadolu Yakası’nda ikamet etmek C-seviye yöneticilere makam şoförlüğü konusunda en az 5 yıl deneyim Aktif ve güvenli sürüş pratiğine sahip olmak (takip mesafesini gözetmek, gerektiğinde şerit değişikliği yapmak, atak kullanımdan ve araç kullanırken telefon veya mesaj kullanımından kaçınmak ) Temsil kabiliyeti yüksek, nazik, prezentabl ve profesyonel bir duruşa sahip olmak Güçlü iletişim becerilerine sahip olmak; iç ve dış paydaşlarla nezaket kurallarına uygun şekilde iletişim kurmak ve kendini doğru ifade edebilmek. Stresli durumlarda soğukkanlı ve planlı hareket edebilmek, görevlerini dikkatle ve güvenilir şekilde yerine getirmek Ekip ile çalışmaya yatkın, işbirliği ve iletişime açık olmak
