We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Watergardens Factory Outlet in Taylors Lakes, VIC. Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
