Teamführung und Kundenservice. Hintergrundwissen und Verständnis für KPIs. Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Trainingsfähigkeiten. Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Feedback-Gesprächen. Planung der Teamaufstellung. Produktkenntnisse. Gute Englischkenntnisse. Professioneller Umgang mit schwierigen zwischenmenschlichen Situationen innerhalb des Ladenteams. Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Filiale und entsprechendes Handeln. DEINE AUFGABEN: Geh mit gutem Beispiel voran, coache und koordiniere die Verkaufsfläche und sorge für eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams in der Filiale. Gemeinsam mit dem Team steigerst du den Umsatz der Filiale, um die gesetzten Ziele zu erreichen und einen hervorragenden Kundenservice zu bieten.
