WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES: 18+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility. Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management. Strong training skills and team line up, degree in management. Advanced analiticity to maximize store´s profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process orientated. Efficiency decision-making skills. Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly. Time management. Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience. Fluency in English : B2 level or above.
