Zweck und allgemeine Relevanz für die Organisation: Der Prozessmanager ist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der DC Prozesse und setzt dies durch die Identifizierung, Ausarbeitung und Implementierung von Optimierungen in Hinblick auf Prozess- und Systemänderungen innerhalb des EDC Netzwerkes entsprechend um. Er unterstützt Projekte in Hinblick auf die Verbesserung des Distribution Center hinsichtlich Performance, SLAs und Kosteneffizienz. Dies beinhaltet die Vereinfachung und Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse sowie die Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Ideenumsetzung. Zudem ist er für die Koordination, Durchführung und Monitoring der relevanten Tests zuständig. Hauptverantwortungsbereiche: Projekt-Management: Mitarbeit an Projekten in Verbindung mit Verantwortlichen des Business-, Tech- und Operations-Netzwerks Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen zu DC-Prozessen Definieren von Optimierungen, Erstellen von Spezifikationen Verantwortlich für die Projektlogistik (Agenda-Erstellung, Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Kommunikationen, Set-up von Workshops) Entwickeln und Präsentieren von Vorschlägen/ ldeen für Projekte Tracken, analysieren und vorbereiten des monatlichen Projektkosten Reportings Sicherstellen, dass Compliance Standards, z.B. PMO eingehalten werden Test-Manager WMS Managen aller relevanten Testaktivitäten Erstellen von benötigten Testszenarien betreffend WMS für IT-Änderungen/Projekte/Optimierungen, wo erforderlich Festlegung und Überwachung von Testfällen, Testdaten und E2E Tests Durchführung und Beurteilung sowie Dokumentation aller relevanten DC Tests und Unterstützung der jährlich wiederkehrender Regression Tests Key Relationships: Single point of contact für die Projektmanager der DC Strategy Projekte und der Tech-Organisation Externe WMS und WCS Service Provider Alle Operations SCM Fachbereiche in Europa (EMEA) Global/EMEA IT, Global Operations incl.. HR, Facility & Services / Global Workplaces, EMEA Customer Service, Global Procurement Erforderliche Ausbildung und Erfahrung/Mindestqualifikationen: Nachgewiesene Projekt Management Erfahrung Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten zur Problemerkennung und Erarbeiten von Lösungen Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Lagerverwaltungssystemen mit der Fähigkeit Wechselwirkungen zwischen Systemen und Prozessen zu identifizieren um notwendige Änderungen oder Möglichkeiten aufzuzeigen Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Verständnis des Supply Chain Managements und deren Prozesse, sehr gutes Business- und Prozessfachwissen sowie -verständnis Gute soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office Anwendungen (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift: Deutsch und Englisch Hochschulstudium idealerweise Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Logistik Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Supply Chain Management und/oder Logistik Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungssystemen und idealerweise in SAP AFS/ S4
