Own the operational rollout of new #crypto flows (off-ramp, payouts, settlements, on-ramp). Manage daily #operations with partners (wallets, custodians, processors) including reconciliations, settlements, and troubleshooting. Track and escalate technical or operational issues; work with Product/Tech teams on fixes. __ Ensure #compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks across all crypto processes. Build and maintain detailed process documentation and #runbooks for scale. Support internal teams (Commercial, Finance, Treasury, Compliance) with timely operational insights. #Fintech
