Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas. __ Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions. __ Provide hands-on #programmanagement during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and postimplementation phases of the projects assigned. __ Perform risk management and change management on projects. __ Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned. __ Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions. __ Interface with the #Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope. __ Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives. __ Plan technical #software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan. __ Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. __ Identify critical points of failures across systems or within system boundaries and create active monitoring dashboards for the same. __ Identify and create alerts for key telemetry events across systems that trigger when the reliability, performance or stability of the collective ecosystem is impacted.
