Conduct on-site property assessments, including measuring dimensions, assessing insulation, heating systems, and #ventilation. __ Collect and input accurate #data into software such as RdSAP to generate EPC ratings. __ Identify potential energy-saving improvements in line with PAS 2035 guidelines. __ Provide detailed reports and photographic evidence to support retrofit coordination and design. __ Liaise with #Retrofit Coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards. __ Ensure assessments are carried out efficiently and within agreed timescales. __ Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard.
