Design and optimize #thermal systems for high-power-density environments, ensuring robust heat transfer and fluid flow performance. __ Conduct detailed thermal simulations and CFD modeling to validate system behavior under varying #operational conditions. __ Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including hydrostatic pressure testing, thermal cycling, vibration, and shock testing in accordance with standards such as #ASME, IEC, and ASTM. __ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure #mechanical integrity, material compatibility, and corrosion resistance of wetted components. __ Analyze field data and lab results to drive continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency. __ Support regulatory compliance efforts including safety, EMC, and environmental certifications (e.g., UL, CE, RoHS, REACH). __ Author technical documentation including test protocols, certification reports, and installation guidelines. __ Interface with external testing labs and internal stakeholders to coordinate validation activities and ensure timely delivery of certified systems
