Responsibilities: Prepare and #analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual #financial and management reports Perform variance analysis between actual performance and budget/forecast, with clear commentary and insights Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data for analysis Coordinate and #support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for efficient reporting and analysis Develop and enhance dashboards and automated reports for real-time business monitoring Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reports with company policies and accounting standards Support both internal and external audit requirements related to management reporting and financial analysis
