Our after-sales #service #advisors coordinate and deliver consistent service to customers whose #vehicles are undergoing maintenance or repair. As true brand #ambassadors, they are on the front lines and help reinforce our mission __ Communicate: #Support and inform customers throughout their service journey, from the first contact until they receive their #Tesla #vehicle. You will be expected to manage minor escalations and difficult conversations, liaise with relevant internal teams and resolve issues __ #Coordinate: Organize customer appointments both digitally and physically in the service center. You will act as a point of coordination between our customers and the rest of the service team to achieve excellence during each service visit. In addition, you will ensure that all health and safety rules and procedures are followed, both for employees and customers. You will assist with local billing if necessary __ Collaborate: By building relationships across teams and departments, you seek to ensure consistency in our #customer experience, meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and supporting your team __ Innovate: As a #team, you will be responsible for continuously creating, identifying, and implementing customer experience improvements
