Responsible for the after-sales work of Tencent Cloud's big model products, responsible for the first-line closed-loop rate, mainly helping developers to troubleshoot and solve problems, and close the loop as much as possible; 2. Conduct customer and developer operations of the product, and serve as a #technical interface to solve consulting problems, practical problems, and effect problems encountered by customers/developers in the process of using big model products, and provide feedback on the product based on actual feedback in the process and promote clear solution time points to avoid similar problems from recurring; __ 3. Conduct regular reviews, summarize and analyze product after-sales issues, and give corresponding optimization and improvement suggestions from the product dimension, process dimension, and team building dimension; __ 4. Build an end-to-end problem #troubleshooting process, and lead process optimization and system operation training, with the improvement of customer satisfaction and problem resolution rate as the first goal to continuously optimize processes and optimization; __ 5. Responsible for the SLA system of related #products, including service goals, response time, and processing mechanism, linking internal and external resources of the company to solve customer problems and develop standard #solutions. __ Requirements 1. More than 2 years of operational experience in B-side technical products, with the products responsible having successfully served corresponding customers; large-scale products are preferred; 2. Relevant service management experience, familiarity with cloud products, previous post-sales work and practical experience in SLA design or IT service management; 3. Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and project management capabilities, able to lead cross-team process improvements and promote the implementation of results; 4. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, communications or related majors; 5. Strong sense of responsibility, customer orientation, strong learning ability and strong stress tolerance.
