Lead or senior levels of these positions may: • Handle escalated or more complex issues, • Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff, • Support supervisor or manager activities, • Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures." __ General job description: Under limited supervision performs the following activities: • Consults with management in such vital areas as field operations, facility #planning, and airport evaluations. • Prepares, analyzes, and monitors long range plans for each station and district, provides analysis regarding expansion, new products, procedures vehicles, equipment, manpower, and facility needs. • Provides technical assistance to field personnel through workshops, station reviews, seminars, and one on one sessions in such areas as operations, manning, IMS, FAMIS, contingency planning, productivity, and cost effectiveness. • Monitors, analyzes, recommends, and implements or assists with systems to improve productivity, service, and cost performance in all areas of international operations in conjunction with field management. • Establishes a communication link between the field #operation and properties, providing #technical expertise relating to facility requests, including lease termination/new location, five-year planning, and cost justifications. • Assists foreign affiliate where the agreement specifies- with facility searches- evaluations, planning, design, and engineering. • Supervises and controls construction contracts, negotiations, and monitoring of international airports to ensure corporate needs and standards are met. • May be required to perform other duties as assigned __ Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education: • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or other quantitative discipline. • Fluent in English (800 TOEIC points). Minimum Experience: • Five (5) years professional experience in related field. • Knowledge of Computer Systems/Programming preferred. Minimum Required Skills: • Good communication and analytical skills. • Knowledge of computer systems/programming preferred. • Experience in service industries, manufacturing (#automotive), not IT since work is not in the field. • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or use of statistical tools. • Use of AutoCAD 2D or higher. • Knowledge of problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, Paretos, 5W, histograms, etc.). • Ability to identify, justify and manage projects. • Focused on results.
