- Responsible for the design and improvement of LIVE content governance strategies for TikTok LIVE Turkey, including analysis and summarization of violative behaviors, cross-functional collaboration, educational material design, optimization of communication channels, etc. - Minimize the occurrence of violations through various means, such as# conducting educational #training, effectively #communicating violation details, and crafting well-thought-out reward and punishment strategies. - Analyze violation content, identify the characteristics of overkill and leakage cases, and work in close cooperation with the central team to optimize policies and regulations to enhance the accuracy and recall rates of violation identification. - Provide assistance to LIVE creators in lodging appeals against unreasonable violation penalties. When there are unreasonable penalties, coordinate with relevant parties to optimize the situation, and actively improve creators' experience during the appeal process. __ Qualifications __ Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Primarily responsible for the regional business in Turkey. Requiring a deep understanding of Turkish language and culture. Proficiency in both Turkish and English is essential. - At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Internet content governance and be well acquainted with the operational models of Internet companies. - Demonstrate clear-cut logical thinking and outstanding communication and expression capabilities. Be open-minded, diligent and conscientious in work, and exhibit high enthusiasm and strong commitment to the job. __ Preferred Qualification - Experience in international live streaming operations is preferred.
