We are actively recruiting an experienced #Specification #Writer to join our #Technical #Design Services team in our #Dallas office location. This detail-oriented individual will work to uphold the highest quality standards for technical design and #project specifications. __ Responsibilities Working with the design team to select appropriate materials and systems for various project types including #commercial, #healthcare, #aviation, #education and data centers Writing project specifications from #Corgan master specifications and compiling project manuals Assisting design team with technical guidance during construction contract administration Product research and evaluation Technical design assistance Construction contract administration support of design studio staff Mentoring of design studio technical staff __ Qualifications This role is an in-office position. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent 8-10 years of experience in the design & construction industry 3 years Specifictions Writer experience Experience in one or more of our market sectors (commercial, healthcare, aviation, education, data centers, and interiors) highly preferred Licensed architect, CSI CCS, or CSI CCCA preferred __ #Corgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication.
