SAP Operations Leader at as part of Global Integration core team Deliver SAP Integration operations process together with suppliers (ITIL processes, especially incident, request, problem, change management; supplier governance, financial management, controls & compliance). __ Engage in Global SAP Integration projects including migrations and new implementations Assume #P&G owner role for platform changes, IAM tasks, and recurring activities such as DR drills __ Operations and #Engineering for SAP integration Suite including– API, orchestration, messaging, B2B. __ Lead technical operations execution of integration projects. __ Ensure operation excellence of EAI integration middleware platform, working with different organizations in a multi-vendor setup and in a globally distributed environment __ Review supplier performance against SLAs and contractual commitments, drive continuous improvements __ Support escalation #management, coordination with different internal and external parties, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions and improvements after critical incidents __ Drive adoption of SRE concepts such as automation, monitoring/observability, eliminating toil __ Collaborate across teams to deliver Integration Solutions at Enterprise Scale
