You will make an impact with the following... Project Phase: Collaborate with design and #engineering teams to embed energy efficiency and sustainability principles into new construction and retrofit projects Evaluate and recommend energy-efficient #technologies and systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, BMS, renewables) #Support the achievement of green building certifications (e.g., BCA Green Mark, LEED, WELL) Conduct energy modeling and life-cycle cost analysis to inform design decisions Review and validate energy-related design submissions and commissioning plans Service Operations Phase: Monitor and analyze energy consumption across building assets using BMS and EMS platforms Competent in review BMS/SCADA dashboard to identify inconsistency and improvement measures Familiar with Green Mark [TSE, MEI, etc] and EEOA [MEES, EEOA, REG] requirement Identify and implement Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) to reduce energy use and operational costs
