Provide legal support for QatarEnergy’s trading & marketing activities related to physical LNG, including with respect to the negotiation of all related agreements, the #administration of those agreements and the #management of all claims and disputes related to the same, including price reviews (“LNG Trading & Marketing Activities”). __ In QatarEnergy, LNG Trading & Marketing Activities are undertaken by two distinct client groups, for whom the LNG Trading & Marketing section will be required to support; __ (i) #QatarEnergy LNG Marketing, as agent and service provider for those LNG ventures who are party to the Marketing Services Agreement (“LNG Ventures”); and (II) QatarEnergy Trading
