• Analyzes problems to deliver logical and effective solutions through phone/email support. Site visit as and when required (Travel < 50%) that satisfy customers requirements. __ • Maintaining a good knowledge and understanding of SCIEX #products, applications and customers. This will include all hardware, #software, applications and customer specific areas including different LIMS software used mostly in #Pharmaceutical and Research Industries. __ • Requirement of Strong #troubleshooting skills of #software issues is highly desirable. __ • Working with Team of #Engineers and Application #specialists on LCMSMS system and implementation and sustainment of existing processes and standard work.
