Responsibilities About the Team: The IP - Copyright #Legal #team operates under Global Legal. The team is responsible for conducting legal assessments for relevant products and features from a copyright perspective, developing copyright policies and leading copyright compliance projects to support business needs. The team's current focus on the novel and complex copyright issues related with AI and other advanced techinologies, to enable the sustainable business growth. We are looking for an experienced #copyright #attorney for a position that offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team, to work with cross-functional teams, to tackle the challenging novel issues, and to develop and improve our copyright strategies in a fast-changing environment. Responsibilities: Conduct dynamic tracking and comprehensive research on critical and complex copyright issues related to AI, the entertainment sector and the Internet industry globally. Draft risk assessments, legal analyses and other deliverables independently; support development of long-term copyright compliance strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on AI governance and compliance projects from a copyright perspective; lead and drive relevant cross-functional and cross-regional projects. Identify, develop, and upgrade measures and tools to mitigate AI-related copyright risks; establish and refine workflows and SOPs to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Provide copyright legal reviews and other #legal #support independently for various internal products/projects, with emphasis on AI-related products and features; provide business-focused, solution-oriented legal advice and guidance. Organize and deliver copyright training, awareness campaigns, and knowledge-sharing sessions; promote copyright awareness among internal and external stakeholders. Support other copyright-related legal matters and practices as needed.
