Responsibilities We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our #Monetization #Strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts for TikTok. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future. The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analysis and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. Responsibilities: Conduct #market #research and analysis to identify long-term monetization opportunities and trends in digital advertising Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop monetization strategies for all major ad #products, including ad creatives, ad measurement, and all major branding and performance product lines Analyze internal and external factors that impact monetization, such as market trends, competitive landscape, to inform strategic decision-making Monitor revenue performance and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements to drive revenue growth Partner with cross-functional teams to execute on monetization strategies and achieve revenue targets Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging monetization opportunities in digital advertising
