Responsibilities Team Intro: Ecommerce's Business #Creator #Operations #Team is responsible for empowering and incubating both merchants and creators to grow within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The primary focus of the role is to drive the success of specific merchants through creator affiliate engagement. You will design, execute and optimize large-scale creator incentive programs through data analytics, business forecasting and budget management. In order to enhance #collaboration and cross-functional #partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities: Design and implement creator campaigns to motivate creators on TikTok Shop and achieve monthly business growth for category specific brands. Leverage internal resources to refine strategies for identifying creator segments for campaigns and improve efficiency of campaign recruitment channels. Pursue alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to incubate creators for commerce activation through brand and campaign partnerships. Analyze affiliate creator data to provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders regarding incentive engagement and budget utilization to maintain campaign ROI. Collaborate with merchant teams in other categories to share best practices and identify new resources, tools, and program opportunities.
