As part of your role, you will be responsible for, among other things: Respect the #safety rules at your workstation. Ensure that your environment is not hazardous (LOTO lockout/tagout, no intervention while machinery is running). You participate in the safety policy by carrying out your VCS, you respect the storage instructions and carry out the 5S audits. You are responsible for the #quality of your produced bottles: Bacteriology, compliant primary packaging markings, compliant sealing. You keep yourself informed of changes to quality procedures available in the online binders. You supply the filling machine with lids and record the consumption of packaging materials in #SAP before use, then you reintegrate the unused materials. You perform the various format changes on the machines in the AMPACK area   During shift changes, you supply ZPCK to the downstream line and ensure the proper functioning and #monitoring of the machines. You will be required to rework the non-conformities.    During your time in this role, you will be required to work closely with the quality, technical and logistics departments.   You communicate and #train your colleagues on best practices using communication tools such as Zoom and OPL, after having received training yourself.   In order to improve our line operations, you participate in problem solving by participating in or carrying out the Go-see-think-Do team activities.      The list of main responsibilities and activities is not exhaustive.
