Analyze & Plan #maintenance activities To #encourage and promote the reporting of actions by Zone Maintenance Leaders. #Generate the weekly schedules for the teams. #Analyze SAP data (time sheets, OT PM03, historical data). #Ensure reporting on planning rates & schedule completion rates. Analyze #preventive maintenance workload rates in order to optimize and streamline maintenance plans. Perform the OTJV (Audits) on the KSR Planned Maintenance. Driving continuous improvement in maintenance (PM pillar leader) In collaboration with the NCE & Technical managers, translate the factory and power plant roadmap into a roadmap for the maintenance scope (PM Pillar Roadmap). To plan and manage, within one's scope, the activities and projects of the roadmap, in order to achieve the results. Leading or participating in continuous improvement projects in various forms (member, leader, coach or sponsor) and in factory problem-solving groups. Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and methods To act as the lead trainer for maintenance methods (writing materials + conducting training sessions). Implement tools and processes to empower Zone Maintenance Leaders. Ensure and maintain the consistency of maintenance plans (in conjunction with the Zone Maintenance Leaders). Facilitate WOR EAM meetings to optimize maintenance plans with field staff. Supporting the project team (OSL) during the updating of equipment data + plans + BOM during the installation and/or removal of equipment. Leading the digitalization of the maintenance team Ensure the maintenance of digital applications dedicated to maintenance activities (AMM Mobile / SHO Tech / IDD ...). In collaboration with the plant's Digital Champion and following the roadmap; ensure the deployment of digital solutions for the scope of maintenance & general services. To assume the role of AMM super user (specialist & trainer of the SAP AMM module). Compliance Assure responsibility for the "MAINTENANCE" standard within the framework of the EFCA. Ensure joint responsibility for the 'ELEC & AUTOMATISME' standard with the E&A specialist. Member of the ATA group for the "METROLOGY" standard. Follow the schedule for all 304/306. Ensure the classification and storage of food safety certificates for all components. Cart tracking Ensure the monitoring of forklift maintenance and rental contracts.
