To build, sell and manage the #business plan defined for clients in the sectorTo #develop Nestlé's revenue and market share in the #sectorEstablish a robust and lasting business #relationship with each #interlocutor To operate and manage the resources at its disposal within the allocated budgets.   YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:  Apply category policies and negotiated agreements in the sector's points of sale.Distribute product ranges, sell products and implement promotional campaigns.Implement central and optimized merchandising plans.To reference innovations, ensure product switches and take orders for promotional operations.To ensure the reliability and optimization of orders by being proactive in suggesting improvements.Modify or have modified the settings in the customers' automatic ordering tools.Develop the customer prospectus plan in collaboration with the Regional Manager.Conduct store diagnostics and propose solutions for better collaboration with clients.Mastering the available tools: sales methods, office software, merchandising...Manage and respect the allocated budgets and resources (BR, PLV, merchandising aids, events).Coordinate the actions of external service providers in compliance with regulations (transmission of product information, schedules, etc.).To take action in case of non-compliance with the agreed payment conditions (delays), in coordination with the Collection Officer, and to deal with any disputes.Plan visits according to the defined coverage and share the weekly schedule with the Regional Manager.Provide regular activity reports and keep client files up to date.Develop in-depth knowledge of customers and the market, and ensure continuous feedback (competition, customers, market, etc.).
