In addition, you will work on various program management details such as price file updates, part-numbering projects, as well as running and analyzing #production data. __ This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. __ Facilitating sales orders through the system in a quick and efficient manner. __ Influencing business results by providing proactive customer service, education, and communication. __ Reviewing, researching, and recommending resolutions for non-standard inquires. Facilitating warranty repair process with supported manufacturers, processing claims, and following up on credits. __ Participating in special projects and assignments as necessary.
